Telford is in England, to the west and a bit north of Birmingham. Telford got infested with Pakistani Perverts. English girls got raped. Our wonderful government did something about it, eventually, half-heartedly. Aren't we lucky? NO!

One particular gang of Pakistani swine [ see Telford Sex Gang ] were not just Raping English girls for the fun of it; they were degrading them in every way they could. What did The Guardian of truth say about it? Nothing. It pretended it never happened. It betrayed our girls; it betrayed England. But then millions of these Third World swine were imported by Her Majesty's Government with malice aforethought and the enthusiastic collusion of Her Allegedly Most Loyal Opposition.

After this gang of seven Pakistani Perverts were all convicted by May 2013, the Telford and Wrekin Council decided, eventually, half heartedly to set up their 2019 Independent Inquiry into Telford Child Sexual Exploitation, giving perpetrators, police and politicians at least six years to destroy the evidence, to work out their cover stories and in, the case of police to resign on gold plated pensions in order to get away with disciplinary charges.

Theresa May got something right while she was betraying us to the European Union by complaining about Telford and Wrekin Council's determination to do as little as possible, as late as possible to the detriment of English girls and England. Notice that the police chief for West Mercia police disputed the size of the problem reported by the Daily Mirror. Is the man a fool, ignoramus or liar; was he attempting to Pervert The Course Of Justice or not? By the same token the Wiki chooses to allege that mostly white girls were targeted. I choose to allege that the Wiki is a corrupt Propaganda machine.

What is the real issue here, the driving force that created the problem in the first place, the one that brought us the very lucrative 2014 Child Sexual Abuse Inquiry aka the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Exploitation in Rotherham? It is unstated but very real Public Policy of Her Majesty's Government acting in concert with Her Allegedly Most Loyal Opposition. They import millions of degenerate savages and allow them to rape and pillage. They are used by Labour Party to supply industrial scale Vote Rigging. The Capitalist Swine of the Tory Party use them as cheap labour, to drive wages down, to impoverish the honest Working Man.

2019 - Independent Inquiry – Telford Child Sexual Exploitation

Tom is a barrister and former judge. He qualified in 1993 and became a QC in 2013. He has extensive experience of child sexual abuse cases and was appointed to the CPS rape list on its inception. His practice until 2013 was dominated by heavy criminal prosecutions for the complex casework and organised crime divisions of the CPS (including historic child sexual abuse cases and people trafficking) and he also maintained a significant regulatory practice in agricultural and environmental, health and safety, and consumer protection work for the Welsh Government, Natural Resources Wales, the Environment Agency, and local authorities. Tom was on the Attorney General’s List of Counsel and was a member of the Welsh Government’s Panel of Counsel.

Tom was an immigration judge from 2006-13 then a circuit judge from 2013-18. In that role his docket of cases was dominated by serious sexual offences including child sexual exploitation cases. He also tried cases involving misconduct by medical staff and police officers. In 2016 he was appointed a trainer at the Judicial College for the trial of serious sexual offences and for long and complex cases. He has been a guest speaker at CIVIPOL’s seminars for judges (to Court of Appeal level) and prosecutors from ten countries in the Greater Horn of Africa. He chaired multi-agency committees dealing with judicial governance and with the implementation of video-recorded cross-examination for sexual offences.

Tom has twice served terms as an elected member of the Bar Council and is a member of Cardiff University School of Psychology’s Research Ethics Committee. He is an associate judge of the Sovereign Bases of Akrotiri and Dhekelia and is a member of Serjeants’ Inn Chambers in London.

As far as Tom is concerned it is like Christmas is coming everyday, on time, every time. He can drag this one out for a couple of years at the very least. Recall that Saville kept the Bloody Sunday Inquiry going for years; it cost £181.2 million by 2007. Savile also whined about the rifles used by the men not being available. They would have been an excuse to waste longer and make lawyers richer.

The Inquiry will look to investigate both the short term and long term impact on survivors and victims of CSE, and those close to them. 2.1 The impact on their health, both physical and mental health;
2.21 The impact on their education and future working life;
2.31 The impact on their families, including children in  their care; and
2.41Exploring whether victims and survivors were, and are, criminalised for  circumstances associated with their exploitation, and/or treated differently, and the impact that has had in the future.
3.The history of changes made to practice, policy and/or legislation in place to identify and address CSE in Telford, and the sufficiency of such changes. The Inquiry will look to investigate organisations and bodies who had a duty to protect victims and survivors, and potential victims and survivors, from CSE, examining the policies, procedures and practices that were in place during the relevant time

Telford Child Sexual Exploitation Scandal ex Wiki         
The Telford child sexual exploitation scandal is an ongoing scandal in the United Kingdom. Originally, a group of men were convicted of grooming local children for sex between 2007 and 2009 in Telford in the English county of Shropshire.^[1][2][3] While media reports had suggested 100 or more girls had been affected^[4] and around 200 perpetrators were suspected,^[5] in March 2018 the Sunday Mirror reported that up to 1,000 girls may have been abused, with some even murdered, in incidents dating back to the 1970s.^[6]

According to the Home Office, as of 2015, Telford had the highest rate of sex crimes against children of any city in the United Kingdom.^[7] Telford has a population of just under 170,000 people.^[8]

Overview
In a series of trials stretching over two years and concluding in May 2013,^[9] seven men were convicted of sexual offences against four girls aged 13 to 16. The offences included rape, controlling child prostitution, causing child prostitution, and trafficking for the purpose of prostitution.^[10][4]

In 2018, investigations by the Sunday Mirror alleged that the extent of the Telford grooming gang was far more vast than had previously been believed, with claims of up to 1,000 girls, most of them white,^[6] having been victims of trafficking, drugging, beating, rape and even murder. Similar with other grooming gang cases, it was alleged that the authorities failed to keep details of abusers from Asian communities for fear of being seen as racist,^[11] with police having known about gang activities since the early 1980s.

The MP for Telford, Lucy Allan, has demanded an independent inquiry, stating, "There must now be an independent inquiry into child sexual exploitation in Telford so that our community can have absolute confidence in the authorities."^[12]

The police chief for West Mercia police "significantly disputed" the figures claimed by the Daily Mirror.^[13]

The claim of "mostly white girls being targeted due to their background" has also been significantly disputed. Ansar Ali, a spokesman for Together Against Grooming, said he had seen evidence about the background of those affected. He said: "A study on this issue was done by the Office of the Children's Commissioner which dated back to 2013 and, according to that research, a third of victims were felt to be from a non-white background or black minority ethnic background."^[14] A Telford social worker also reiterated this view "It isn't only girls that are exploited, boys can be exploited in exactly the same way through grooming. "We work with an age range of 13 to 19-year-olds, we have females and we have males we support. "We have young people from all different backgrounds, it is not just targeting young girls through working class."^[15]

The police chief also disputed claims that offenders were predominantly groups of Asian men, adding: "What I would say is sexual offending across Telford and Wrekin is virtually identically proportionate to the breakdown of society, so it is not one particular section over others and we will tackle it wherever it is."^[16]

Operation Chalice
West Mercia Police set up "Operation Chalice" to investigate allegations that local girls were being groomed. Officers believe that up to 100 girls were affected between 2007 and 2009.^[4]

According to a Channel 4 Dispatches investigation, "The Hunt for Britain's Sex Gangs" (2011), police were told that men in Telford would "ejaculate and then urinate in children's mouths". There were also allegations of "gang-rape by queues of men while girls were held hostage for hours, sometimes days—all the while  being forced to listen to the screams of girls in other rooms with other men".

Call for inquiry                    
In September 2016, the Conservative MP for Telford, Lucy Allan, called for an inquiry.^[18] She said she had had a meeting with a victim of the abuse, who told her that many of the worst offenders had not been prosecuted and were still living in the area. Allan said that she would be asking the prime minister, Theresa May, to take action.^[19] In fact May did make the right noises, eventually, on 23 January 2019, over two years later. Localised grooming ex Wiki
"Localised grooming" refers in the UK to the on-street grooming of children, usually by a group of abusers. According to a 2013 report by the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee, after the group's initial contact with the child, offers of treats (takeaway food, cigarettes, drugs) persuade the child to maintain the relationship. One abuser might present himself as the "boyfriend"; this person arranges for the child to have sex with other members of the group. Children may end up having sex with dozens of these group members, and may be trafficked to connected groups in other towns.^[23] The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre defines "local grooming" as follows:

Localised grooming is a form of sexual exploitation – previously referred to as ‘on street grooming’ in the media –where children have been groomed and sexually exploited by an offender, having initially met in a location outside their home. This location is usually in public, such as a park, cinema, on the street or at a friend’s house. Offenders often act together, establishing a relationship with a child or children before sexually exploiting them. Some victims of ‘street grooming’ may believe that the offender is in fact an older ‘boyfriend’; these victims introduce their peers to the offender group who might then go on to be sexually exploited as well. Abuse may occur at a number of locations within a region and on several occasions. ‘Localised grooming’ was the term used by CEOP in the intelligence requests issued to police forces and other service agencies in order to define the data we wished to receive.^[6]

A television documentary was broadcast in August 2003, in which reporters uncovered details of an 18-month police and social services investigation into allegations that young British Asian men were targeting under-age girls for sex, drugs and prostitution in the West Yorkshire town of Keighley.^[24] The Leeds-based Coalition for the Removal of Pimping (Crop) sought to bring this behaviour to national attention from at least 2010.^[25] In November 2010, the Rotherham sex grooming case saw several convictions of child sexual abusers. In 2012, members of the Rochdale sex trafficking gang were convicted on various counts, and in 2016, following the largest child sexual exploitation investigation in the UK, "bigger than high profile cases in Rochdale and Rotherham",^[26] 18 men in the Halifax child sex abuse ring case were convicted to over 175 years in prison.^[27]

According to Inside Out London and BBC Inside Out investigations, young British Sikh girls living outside Britain (such as in America) were (and are) being particularly preyed upon by men who pretend(ed) to be Sikhs in order to seduce and groom them.^[28]
