Theft Act 1968

The Theft Act 1968 has been affected by the later Theft (Amendment) Act 1996. The interesting parts for our wonderful MPs, those who did not get away with it are Section 15 onwards. They cover fraud rather than burglary and robbery. They are now covered by Fraud Act 2006
