England and Treason

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
Who are  the custodians of the custodians?
Not
Her Majesty's Government
or
Her Allegedly Loyal Opposition

England is a great country, or was. It has rarely been defeated in open war but now it is under attack from inside. It is being destroyed slowly and systematically by treason in the ruling classes. One gross example is the signing of the Maastricht Treaty. It was Treason At Maastricht. This action was authorized by the Cabinet under John Major, who was Her Majesty's Prime Minister. It was Heath who got us into European Union in the first place.

This Treaty was signed on  7 February 1992 in Maastricht and nominally came into force on 1 November 1993 thereby creating the European Union.

It has been used to create courts, a Commission and a Parliament with powers superior to those of England and Great Britain. That has been accepted very eagerly by our rulers but there is a problem with that idea like others. The men who signed the Treaty, Hurd and Maude acted Ultra Vires [ beyond their legal powers ], Mala Fide [ in bad faith ] and treasonously. Here are the reasons why that is the case:-

The European Union's web site tells us at TREATY ON EUROPEAN UNION that the representatives of various countries

having exchanged their full powers, found in good and due form, have agreed as follows:
UNQUOTE
Messrs. Hurd and Maude did NOT have full powers or indeed any powers there saving fraud.

It is a matter of fact that the Rt. Hon. Douglas Hurd, Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and the Hon. Francis Maude, Financial Secretary to the Treasury who signed were both members of the Cabinet and therefore both sworn of the Privy Council. The Oath of a Privy Counsellor is in part:-
You will to your uttermost bear Faith and Allegiance to the Queen’s Majesty; and will assist and defend all civil and temporal Jurisdictions, Pre-eminences, and Authorities, granted to Her Majesty and annexed to the Crown by Acts of Parliament, or otherwise, against all Foreign Princes, Persons, Prelates, States, or Potentates.    And generally in all things you will do as a faithful and true Servant ought to do to Her Majesty .

That precludes granting power over England to foreigners like the Commission of the EU. They acted at the instance of the Cabinet headed by John Major, Her Majesty's Prime Minister  who also swore loyalty. They were traitors all.

Hurd and Maude were both charged with Treason by private citizens. The cases were put before Magistrates without result. The Director of Public Prosecutions refused to take the cases forward and gave spurious grounds for so doing. It may be that the DPP perverted the course of justice thereby.

It follows that our membership the European Union is invalid and that we are fully entitled to withdraw from it.

I am grateful to the men who had the sense and the decency to act in this matter then write a book about it and their failure to get the law obeyed [ pro tempore ]. See:-

Treason at Maastricht: Destruction of the Nation State
Deals more with the criminal aspects of political actions in the United Kingdom. Norris McWhirter and Rodney Atkinson, the authors brought criminal cases charging treason against Blair and others to an English court. They were dismissed without a proper explanation. The men who make up the legal system are part of the problem.

The Maastricht Treaty is available on line at TREATY ON EUROPEAN UNION. It claims that  Hurd and Maude signed with full authority [ see http://www.eurotreaties.com/maastrichteu/ at page 4 ] They did not.

It gets worse not better. Politicians, apparatchiks and the media  are conniving at treason. See Battle   of   Britain

Lord Warden of the Stannaries
QUOTE
The Lord Warden of the Stannaries used to exercise judicial and military functions in Cornwall and is still the official who, upon the commission of the monarch or Duke of Cornwall for the time being, has the function of calling a Stannary Parliament of tinners. The last Stannary Parliament convened by a Lord Warden of the Stannaries sat in 1753.......

In theory, were the current Duke of Cornwall, Prince Charles to appoint a Lord Warden of the Stannaries, a Stannary Parliament could be convened, which could veto United Kingdom legislation. This is because a Stannator's right to veto Westminster legislation has never been formally withdrawn.
UNQUOTE
So the Queen, Prince Charles, the Duke of Cornwall or later his successor, Prince William can veto Parliamentary legislation. If they care to get a grip they could even revoke some of the remarkably bad Bills that Her Majesty signed into law. The current warden is Sir Nicholas Bacon, 14th Baronet
