New Orleans had a major hurricane and a major problem. This was compounded by incompetence, idleness, lack of initiative, criminal intent and government foul ups.

Why doesn't the government do something about it? Why doesn't some one else get on with it? Why don't the inmates get on with it. The answer to that one is clear. They are too busy robbing and raping elsewhere.

Things happen in Mexico as well but they are handled differently. No murders, rape or looting; just getting on with it and helping others. The Third World sounds like a better place to me.

For some it was a tragedy. For others it was an opportunity. Criminals [ black ] move out. Criminals [ big time ] move in. NB Judicial is an interesting source but should not be relied on without checking.
