Parliament And Thieves

Snouts in the trough is the theme.

John Taylor, Baron Taylor of Warwick ex Wiki
Taylor is not just a thief; he is a black thief. The Tories took him on because he was black. The real conservatives voted against him which is why he was put into the Lords. Then he was caught thieving so he was thrown to the wolves.

If you decide he looks like a monkey you are a racist, or you have not fallen for BBC propaganda.
PS Taylor is not just a canting rogue; he has a website to prove it - see

Denis MacShane
MacShane is a thief who panders to Jews, which will be why he was allowed to walk free.

Chris Huhne
Huhne perverted the course of justice. He got off with a mere eight months. The black slut that dropped him in it is still walking free.

Eliot Morley, Labour MP Is The Biggest Thief So Far [ 8 April 2011 ]
Former minister Elliot Morley faces a long jail sentence after admitting he is Parliament’s biggest expenses cheat. The disgraced ex-Labour MP dishonestly claimed more than £30,000 for mortgage payments. Morley, 58, is the first ex-minister to  face prison over the expenses scandal  and the fifth Parliamentarian to be convicted. He was due to go on trial on Monday at Southwark Crown Court but at the last minute entered two guilty pleas.

His decision is likely to have cost taxpayers thousands of pounds in unnecessary legal costs. The conviction and inevitable jail sentence is a humiliating end to a political career spanning more than two decades.

Emma Boon of the TaxPayers’ Alliance said: ‘It’s a shame that Morley took so long to make an admission of guilt. ‘Taxpayers had to suffer the insult not only of him stealing from them, but then lying about it for so long and dragging out an expensive prosecution.’ Former Labour MPs David Chaytor, 61, Jim Devine, 57, and Eric Illsley, 55, have all been jailed for false accounting. Former Tory peer Lord Taylor of Warwick is awaiting sentence after he was convicted of the same offence. Conservative peer Lord Hanningfield, 70, faces trial over allegations that he illegally claimed for overnight stays in London when in fact he was driven home to Chelmsford, Essex.
Euro MPs and Their Expenses are not an accident. They are an undocumented design feature. It keeps them on side when it comes to robbing us. That is the point.

David Chaytor Thieving MP  Gets A Soft Nick In Just Two Weeks While Honest Criminals Go Without [ 31 January 2011 ]
The first MP to be convicted of expenses fraud has been moved to an open prison just two weeks into his 18-month sentence. David Chaytor – who fiddled more than £20,000 on his expenses – was initially held at high-security Wandsworth Prison in South London alongside murderers, bank robbers and paedophiles. Now he has joined fellow white-collar criminals at Category D Spring Hill Prison in Buckinghamshire, a manor house set in immaculately manicured lawns.............

A source at Wandsworth jail said: ‘Chaytor was treated like a celebrity and processed with astonishing speed. I’ve never known anything like it. He has been on the equivalent of an airline’s “Fast Track” system and has effectively been upgraded. ng bogus invoices for IT consultancy work and claiming rent he never paid on homes owned by his family.
Geoffrey Archer [ four years for perjury ] had to wait much longer. He says the food in Belmarsh is pretty foul.

Jim Devine
James "Jim" Devine (born 21 May 1953) is a former British Member of Parliament, having been the Labour Party member for Livingston from 2005 until 2010 and Chairman of the Scottish Labour Party between 1994-95.

On 16 June 2009, following the United Kingdom Parliamentary expenses scandal, he was barred by the Labour Party from being their candidate for the 2010 General Election, after reports he claimed expenses for work on his home from a non-existent firm. He was convicted of false accounting on 10 February 2011 and sentenced to 16 months imprisonment on 31 March 2011.

On 5 February 2010 it was announced that Devine was to be prosecuted over his expense claims. The former Livingston MP initially faced two charges under section 17 of the Theft Act 1968 of false accounting. The first charge alleged that between July 2008 and April 2009 Devine dishonestly claimed £3,240 for cleaning services using false invoices. The second charge alleged that in March 2009 Devine dishonestly claimed £5,505 for stationery using false invoices. He denied the charges, though in a live Channel 4 interview when questioned: "So you got a receipt from somebody you were paying as a member of staff, and submitted it as stationery?" by journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Devine replied: "Yes. This was allowed at the time."

On 27 May 2010 Devine, Elliot Morley, David Chaytor and Lord Hanningfield (Paul White) appeared at Southwark Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.[22] They faced charges of false accounting under the Theft Act.

Devine's trial began on 2 February 2011. The indictment he faced ultimately included three counts of false accounting under the Theft Act 1968. On 10 February 2011 he was found guilty on two counts of false accounting (relating to false claims for a total of £8,385) and acquitted of one such count (relating to £360). Sentencing was adjourned for four weeks. On 31 March 2011 Devine was sentenced to 16 months imprisonment.

As a result of his conviction and sentence, Devine was automatically expelled from the Labour Party.

Lord Hanningfield ex Wiki
Paul Edward Winston White, Baron Hanningfield DL (born 16 September 1940) is an unaffiliated British politician and was a British Conservative Party politician until early 2010.

On 5 February 2010 it was announced that be would be charged with offences under section 17 of the Theft Act relating to false accounting for claims for overnight accommodation. He immediately resigned as Opposition Spokesperson for Communities, Local Government and for Transport. Also later on that day, he resigned as leader of Essex County Council and David Cameron withdrew the party whip.

On 27 May 2010 Paul White (Baron Hanningfield), Jim Devine, Elliot Morley and David Chaytor appeared at Southwark Crown Court for a preliminary hearing. Hanningfield will appear again to faces charges at Southwark Crown Court on 13 December 2010.
Charged with thieving, not convicted yet [ April 2011 ]. Was he a pig farmer? He definitely understands snouts and troughs.

PS His trial has been postponed to date to be announced - see Trial of Lord Hanningfield postponed

Patrick Mercer ex Wiki
MP, sound on Jews, took a £4,000 bung, did the decent thing - albeit not with revolver.

Labour Thief Steals £250,000. Labour Thief Gets Away With It [ 30 January 2011 ]
Peer let off despite 'doubts' about her expenses A Labour peer who claimed £250,000 in parliamentary expenses on a flat she visited only occasionally was spared punishment after quietly repaying £5,000. Baroness Goudie claimed overnight expenses on the £1.5 million mews house in Belgravia, central London, that she shared with her barrister husband,

Baroness Goudie, a friend of Gordon and Sarah Brown, admitted that she did not spend the majority of her time at the £200,000 flat in Glasgow, despite designating it as her main home for the purposes of her House of Lords allowances. This enabled her to claim overnight expenses on the £1.5 million mews house in Belgravia, central London, she shared with her barrister husband, James.............

Lady Goudie’s apology and the report into her claims was slipped out quietly on the parliamentary website before Christmas. The disclosure follows the conviction this week of Lord Taylor of Warwick for claiming £11,000 on a house in which he had never stayed overnight.
Baddie  Goudie is a friend of Brown. Goudie's face fits even if it is fat and ugly. Parliament is a den of thieves. Remember that a Lords Committee moved the goal posts so that Pola Uddin, a Pakistani thief would get away with stealing £29,675 - that was just in 2007–08.

Huhne Pleads Guilty To Perverting The Course Of Justice & Quits As An MP [ 5 February 2013 ]
Former Cabinet minister quits as MP after pleading GUILTY to perverting the course of justice by getting his wife to take speeding points Huhne quit as minister to clear his name but changed his plea this morning His ex-wife Vicky Pryce denies charge based on 'marital coercion' Huhne's car was caught speeding on M11 near Stansted in March 2003 National newspaper investigation uncovered the case in 2011 Judge tells him he should be under 'no illusion' about sentence he faces.........

Chris Huhne’s guilty plea follows months of legal wrangling in which the MP unsuccessfully tried to have the case thrown out, it can now be revealed.......Mr. Kelsey-Fry had tried the stay the proceedings as an abuse of the court process of the court, claiming police investigations had not been ‘thorough, rigorous and conscientious’........

The Lib Dem MP had a majority of 3,800 at the 2010 general election, but it is viewed as a key target seat for the Conservatives if they are to get an overall majority in 2015. There is also the prospect of UK Independence Party (UKIP) leader Nigel Farage making another run for Parliament. He previously stood unsuccessfully in the seat.
Huhne is history. If he had been friends with the Director of Public Prosecutions he might have perverted the course of justice for him. The DPP did it for Cyril Smith but then Smith was a Paedophile pervert. In fairness, speeding law is bad law but if politicians want to make bad law they should live by it. Huhne tried every lie, every twist to get away with it.
PS His face fits, too important too in-crowd, too shameless.
