When the Soviet empire collapsed after the Berlin Wall came down in 1989 a number of men, most of whom were Jews made their moves, bought assets from the new government at knock down prices and got very rich, very fast. It has been claimed that they defrauded Russia of 85% of its assets. Berezovsky was one of those oligarchs. Oligarchs are deeply hated in Russia and with reason. He tried to rob Roman Abramovich, another Jew, lost then committed suicide. The proceeds of crime ran out.

Berezovsky's track record is very ugly. It was written up by Paul Klebnikov who was then murdered. It is another of those convenient deaths that politicians like Clinton keep quiet about.
A detailed look at the man and his operations comes from Paul Klebnikov. Mr Klebnikov was a financial journalist with a Russian background - and a Jew according to Mr Klebnikov Berezovsky is a Jew and a Jew of the worst sort, intelligent, active, influential, greedy and utterly unprincipled. Paul Klebnikov wrote about him and Paul Klebnikov was murdered. Berezovsky's intimate connection with the crime industry in Russia and Chechnya makes these things easy. The looting of Russia was carried out by men, fast on their feet without conscience or scruple. They had talent, access to politicians, major criminal operators and commerce. It has been said that 85% of Russian assets got stolen. This could well be an underestimate. Who was the man that did best out of a Wild East that made the Wild West look like a bunch of girl guides? Boris Berezovsky, a Jew with a PhD in maths and ultimately access to Boris Yeltsin.When the USSR fell talent could have been released and done good as it is doing now in China but a mixture of incompetence, greed and down right evil made it a disaster. Hyperinflation made Russians seriously poor. About 3 million died of starvation [ see page 103 onward ] which is more than the 1.7 million they lost in the First World War.
Bush and Greenspan are setting us up for hyperinflation too. That is one of the reasons why they are so keen on gun control.
Berezovsky was not pleased about Mr Klebnikov's book and Mr Klebnikov was murdered. A number of murders have been convenient for Berezovsky. It is unusual for a Jew to murder another of his own. Of course he has never been charged. The police are under political control too.
It is a worthwhile read and makes one realise just how dangerous bad government is. Look at current politicians and wonder how far they are going to push their luck. Then look at how many armed guards they have to confirm that they are evil and know they are evil.

"At times the evidence which he gave was deliberately dishonest; sometimes he was clearly making his evidence up as he went along in response to the perceived difficulty in answering the questions in a manner consistent with his case.

Recall that the Jew, Berezovsky is on the run from major fraud raps. An English judge swallowed the story that he would be tortured if he went back to Russia which is how he beat extradition. Further that Paul Klebnikov, a respectable journalist wrote a biography of Berezovsky detailing extensive crime then was murdered. Exile From Russia Found Dead In London Home [ 14 March 2018 ]

"Privatization in Russia goes through three stages," Boris Berezovsky told me in 1996. "The first stage is the privatization of profits. The second is the privatization of property. The third is the privatization of debts."
In other words, it was not necessary to buy an enterprise to control it. The company could remain in state hands. All one had to do was co-opt the management and then funnel the company's revenues through your own middlemen, thus "privatizing the profits" without spending time and money privatizing the enterprise itself. Berezovsky explained that this first stage, the privatization of profits, "led to the disintegration of the enterprises" and "the primary accumulation of capital" by the middlemen. "Once enough capital has been accumulated, those people who have accumulated it begin to think of how to spend it," he continued. "Some buy property abroad, others go to play in Monte Carlo, and others use their money to acquire the disintegrating enterprises."
It was a strikingly astute explanation of what was happening in Russia. Almost all the big business empires of the early 1990s had been created in this way. Berezovsky himself had honed his model to perfection. First, in 1989, he began privatizing the profits of the automaker Avtovaz, buying cars from the factory at a price that guaranteed him a profit and the automaker a loss. Next, in 1992, he entered into the commodities trade, exporting oil, timber, and aluminum; like all the other big traders of the time, he privatized the profits of the producers by paying them a nominal price while selling the commodities abroad at a huge markup. In 1993, with the beginning of the voucher auctions, Berezovsky proceeded to the second stage of his model-privatization of property. Together with Avtovaz boss Vladimir Kadannikov, he used the Avva investment scheme and a number of other financial vehicles to buy a controlling stake in Avtovaz. With ORT, he began by privatizing its profits through the TV network's advertising monopoly in 1994 and went on to privatize its equity in 1995.
Though he did apply the second stage of his model (privatization of property) by buying equity stakes in Avtovaz and ORT, Berezovsky continued to pay more attention to the privatization of profits. He knew that control of a company's cash flow was more important than the ownership of its equity. With the collusion of company management, he established intermediaries to handle the target company's finances, sales, and marketing on the most disadvantageous terms. By taking control of company management Berezovsky could accomplish a "virtual privatization" without bothering to invest money in acquiring an equity stake. Nothing illustrated his mastery of this type of procedure better than the takeover of Aeroflot.
"Aeroflot is in a transitional phase between the privatization of profits and the privatization of property," he declared in an interview with the business newspaper Kommersant in November 1995. "We did it to participate in both processes."
The company was one of the crown jewels of Russian industry, :C.:asting the best assets of the former Soviet airline monopoly and dominating Russia's international travel market. The general director of Aeroflot, an industry veteran named Vladimir Tikhonov, had begun to modernize the airline, upgrading the fleet, signing lease agreements with Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, and Airbus for new planes.
