Rolling Thunder

The best known use of the phrase is Operation Rolling Thunder, when the Americans were bombing Viet Nam in 1967. Now, in 2019 it is about the protests against the prosecution of "Soldier F" for murder in Ireland on Bloody Sunday in 1972.

A man who is good enough to shed his blood for the country is good enough to be given a square deal afterwards.
Theodore Roosevelt

Soldier F was a man of 1 PARA, that is the 1st Battalion the Parachute Regiment doing the job he was paid to do in Derry on a cold winter's day. The first shot(s) was fired by Martin McGuinness, a murderer who led the IRA in a guerrilla war. The regiment got 13 kills; they were all men and boys of fighting age. Indiscriminate firing would probably have hit womenfolk too. Unfortunately no weapons were captured.

The Public Prosecution Service in Northern Ireland made the decision to prosecute him again. They claim that they use two tests:-
        Is there enough evidence?
Is it in the public interest?

So they allege that it is in the public interest for Gerry Adams and Bernadette Devlin among dozens of others to walk away laughing after waging war in Ireland but an honest Englishman doing the job he was paid to do is fair game.

On Friday 12 April bikers rode to London en masse to make their feelings known. There were thousands of them. Various sources gave different numbers; the Metropolitan Police seem to have settled for 22 thousand. Other sources are lower. It is nice to be able to say that the police were on side.

The #BBC's version of truth is that it did not happen in the first place - see #BBC Blacked Out Rolling Thunder but of course they were more than happy to protect  Jimmy Savile & other Paedophile perverts. The Beeb has a formal obligation to tell the truth; one they treat with contempt. They are Marxists or Paedophiles when they are not both.

Be aware that this was about real people with real feelings, not Rent A Mob wanting to Save the Muesli or whatever it is this week. The best coverage is from Facebook with #ROLLING THUNDER RIDE FOR SOLDIER
PS A few days later trouble making hooligans made a fuss about Global Warming. See #Rent-A-Mob Criminals Get Arrested. They are too stupid or ignorant to know that they are part of a monstrous fraud, being used to justify Carbon Emission Trading by by big time rogues.

But they protected Jimmy Savile, the well known Paedophile pervert.

He was there on the day and quite enjoyed it. The men behind him look shocked by this nasty rough chap.

When our MPs aren't betraying men of 1 PARA, The Parachute Regiment or the British Army it is the voters over Brexit and Democracy.

They don't just ride past the Cenotaph. They know what it means.

Rent-A-Mob Criminals Get Arrested  [  16 April 2019 ]
QUOTE
London is braced for another day of climate change protests today from demonstrators, including some who sent the night in tents in the city's parks, after a day of disruption yesterday from protesters who targeted busy thoroughfares.

Close to fifty people were arrested as police attempted to move on protesters who spent yesterday blocking roads and demonstrating outside tube stations, following five arrests outside Shell's headquarters where they glued themselves to windows and smashed glass doors.

Some activists glued themselves to the windows and smashed glass revolving doors at Shell's headquarters near Waterloo, while others spray-painted graffiti and hung banners on the building.

Workers returning home from areas around Waterloo Bridge, Oxford Circus, Marble Arch and Piccadilly Circus faced being unable to get through by road to Underground stations thanks to the Extinction Rebellion protests.

At around 7pm police started arresting protesters still to be found on Waterloo Bridge, after police issued an order under the Public Order Act telling demonstrators to limit their protest to the area around Marble Arch.

Rent A Mob are a bunch of Hard Left agitators who claim that they have superior morals and knowledge of Global Warming. They have neither. A degree in tap dancing, mediaeval Latin or whatever leaves them deeply ignorant.

British Army Veterans March On London And Cities Across UK To Protest Prosecution Of  'Soldier F'     [ 20 April 2019 ]
The Mail is blocking all comments. There was a good showing by men of the Parachute Regiment as well as other outfits.
PS There was even a ride to Paphos, in Cyprus, first to the castle then the Hog's Head.

Soldier F Is The Victim Of Malicious Prosecution  [ 18 September 2019 ]
The prosecutors are political and biased. How many murders did Martin McGuinness and Gerry Adams carry out? The same prosecutors are letting them walk free. Corruption is rampant. Men are not amused by this nausea, whence Rolling Thunder.
