Hillsborough Disaster

The Hillsborough Stadium is in Sheffield where honest men had jobs. They made things, especially steel and cutlery. It was inside the area the South Yorkshire Police were supposed to protect. So is Rotherham where the police spent years eagerly ignoring wholesale Rape by Pakistani Perverts. At least 1,400 English girls were degraded, abused and tortured. The police allowed it to happen for a decade that we know about, before matters became public knowledge. The 2014 Child Sexual Abuse Inquiry is inquiring; it is making lawyers rich and giving the perpetrators plenty of time to destroy the evidence, retire, get promoted, flee the country or whatever.

The same gang of criminals kept Duckenfield out of prison for thirty [ 30 ] years before he was finally charged, tried, found not guilty and released into the community to spend his gold plated pension.

But back to Hillsborough. A football match goes wrong when the mob panics. 96 die. The police claim it is not their fault. They keep on lying for thirty years. Police Corruption as normal. Of course the perpetrators have long since had their promotions, pay rises, pensions so they got away with it. But then to be fair, Blair killed thousands, made millions then walked away laughing.
PS Taylor, in his report made the point that senior police are better liars than the young ones. The Wiki tells the story.

Hillsborough match commander David Duckenfield has been found not guilty of gross negligence manslaughter of 95 Liverpool supporters.

The retired chief superintendent, 75, denied the charge relating to the FA Cup semi-final on April 15 1989.

After delivering the verdict the judge, Sir Peter Openshaw thanked the jury before they were dismissed.

Ninety-six men, women and children died following the crush on the terrace but, under the law at the time, there can be no prosecution for the death of the 96th victim Tony Bland as he died more than a year and a day after the disaster.

Christine Burke tearfully spoke from the gallery after the verdict was delivered and said that the 96 were unlawfully killed and she wants to know who is responsible, reports the Liverpool Echo.

Are they all bent? This qualifies as Malfeasance in office, which applies to public office holders, e.g. policemen. It happens when he acts or neglects to act in a way that constitutes a breach of the duties of that office. It carries a life sentence. The Crown Prosecution Service went easy on him after all the dead are only football supporters.

Recall too that Sir Norman Bettison, chief constable of West Yorkshire, had to resign over his alleged role, which he denies, in concocting false information to smear the victims of the Hillsborough football disaster. The Chief Constable of South Yorkshire Police has been suspended in the wake of a jury's damning verdicts over the Hillsborough disaster. David Crompton's force was accused of 'retelling discredited lies' at the inquests which found 96 fans were unlawfully killed at the stadium in Sheffield in 1989.

Hillsborough Disaster ex Wiki
QUOTE
The 1989 Hillsborough disaster was a human crush which occurred during the FA Cup semi-final match between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest football clubs on 15 April 1989 at the Hillsborough Stadium in Sheffield, England. The crush resulted in the deaths of 96 people and injuries to 766 others. The disaster remains the worst stadium-related disaster in British history and one of the world's worst football disasters.[1]

Football clubs contest the semi-final of the FA Cup at a neutral venue, and in 1989 Hillsborough was selected by the Football Association. While opposing supporters were segregated in the stadium, Liverpool fans were allocated the Leppings Lane stand, accessed by a limited number of turnstiles.[2] As the entry point became overcrowded before kick-off, police ordered an exit gate to be opened, allowing supporters to enter a tunnel leading directly to two enclosures (pens). The ensuing influx of supporters caused crushing and some fans climbed over side fences to escape. Moments after kick-off, a crush barrier broke and fans began to fall on top of each other. The game was stopped after six minutes. To carry away the injured, supporters tore down advertising hoardings and emergency services were called to provide assistance. Of the 96 fatalities, 14 were admitted to hospital.

The official inquiry into the disaster, the Taylor Report in 1990, concluded that "the main reason for the disaster was the failure of police control."[3] The report's findings resulted in the elimination of standing terraces at all major football stadiums in England, Wales and Scotland.

On the 20th anniversary of the disaster, government minister Andy Burnham called for the police, ambulance, and all other public bodies to release documents which had not been made available to Taylor in 1989.[4] This led to the formation of the Hillsborough Independent Panel, which, in September 2012, concluded that no Liverpool fans were responsible for the deaths, and that attempts had been made by the authorities to conceal what had happened, including the amendment of 164 statements relating to the disaster by the police.[5][6] The report prompted immediate apologies from Prime Minister David Cameron, the Chief Constable of South Yorkshire Police David Crompton, Football Association Chairman [ the Jew ] David Bernstein and Kelvin MacKenzie, then-editor of The Sun, for their organisations' respective roles.[7]

In September 2012, the Hillsborough Independent Panel concluded that up to 41 of the 96 who had died might have been saved had some failings been addressed.[8] The report revealed "multiple failures" by other emergency services and public bodies which contributed to the death toll. In response to the panel's report, Attorney General for England and Wales, Dominic Grieve MP, confirmed he would consider all the new evidence to evaluate whether the original inquest verdicts of accidental death could be overturned...................

Police evasion
Taylor concluded his criticism of South Yorkshire Police by describing senior officers in command as "defensive and evasive witnesses" who refused to accept any responsibility for error.

In all some 65 police officers gave oral evidence at the Inquiry. Sadly I must report that for the most part the quality of their evidence was in inverse proportion to their rank.[46]

It is a matter of regret that at the hearing, and in their submissions, the South Yorkshire Police were not prepared to concede they were in any respect at fault in what occurred. ... [T]he police case was to blame the fans for being late and drunk, and to blame the Club for failing to monitor the pens. ... Such an unrealistic approach gives cause for anxiety as to whether lessons have been learnt. It would have been more seemly and encouraging for the future if responsibility had been faced.

South Yorkshire Police should be disbanded. Officers must be prosecuted. The bad cops must be weeded out. Twenty-seven years on, it is time they made way for the good ones”

This week, the cops and robbers narrative was turned on its head. The line between good and bad was blurred. The findings of the Hillsborough inquest were chilling enough even before taking into account the suspension of South Yorkshire’s police chief for continuing – 27 excruciating years later – to perpetuate the myth that Liverpool fans were somehow to blame for the deaths of 96 of their fellow supporters. The findings were chilling enough even before we found out that Chief Constable David Crompton had used millions of pounds of public money to pay lawyers to maintain a version of events during the inquest. They were chilling enough before we learnt that a message on a website for South Yorkshire’s retired officers told them to be “proud” of the work they did that day..........

This is a dereliction of duty so heinous that on Wednesday, it even managed to unite political parties in the Commons. Theresa May and her Labour counterpart, Andy Burnham, displayed a dignity and decency that, for once, could make Parliament proud. The MP Frank Field said that though trustworthy institutions had been damaged by the events of that terrible day, “one institution shines through gloriously – the family”. And then we remembered that the families who lost people that day were compensated for around £3,500, while officers who claimed for the trauma of Hillsborough were given, on average, £93,000..........

South Yorkshire Police should be disbanded. Officers must be prosecuted. The bad cops must be weeded out. Twenty-seven years on, it is time they made way for the good ones.

It takes eighteen months to make a copper, which is to say a hardened liar. What they miss when they go out is not the drinking and driving but the pleasure of being able to commit Perjury. It was the South Yorkshire Police who colluded with the Labour Party to allow Pakistani Perverts to Rape 2,000 English girls in Rotherham.
PS This article does not mention that one of theirs, 'Sir' Bernard Hogan-Howe became the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, which meant he was able to ignore the active Racism of his little mate, 'Lord' Nazir Ahmed, Baron Ahmed of Rotherham.
