Wikileaks

The idea is good; publish and be damned as the Duke of Wellington said. The truth has its uses as various crooks in the House of Commons found when their corruption was exposed. Sadly Wikileaks decisions about what to publish and what to hide indicate  bias. They helped the main stream media cover up Obama's fraudulent birth certificate.

They have this day [ 20 October 2009 ] published a new and fraudulent 'BNP Membership List' which is a malicious forgery. They tell us that they do not just publish unfounded allegations. This does not seem to apply when the British National Party is being attacked. I do not think I will be contributing to their running costs.

U.S. Intelligence Planned To Destroy Wikileaks And Failed
They seem irritated by WikiLeaks. Attacking it might well be criminal, not that they would care. One of theirs with access to SECRET information decided to release this into the wild.

Wikileaks Is A CIA Front
This could be true. There again, maybe not. Read for yourself. Think for yourself. Decide for yourself.

Wikileaks is the world’s #1 resource for publishing secret documents that are in the interest of public good.  This site is a colossal pain in the ass for corporate criminals, corrupt governments, tax cheats and anyone out to abuse the general public.  The site allows anyone in the world to submit secret documents anonymously so that the whole world can know what the criminals don’t want you to know.  Whistleblowers and people of conscience who come across powerful secret information are able to make it public through Wikileaks.  It is the only site of its kind.

You may have read about stories in the news that Wikileaks helped to break since they began operations in 2007.  This site does what no other site in the world is doing or has done before: They give the truth a place to come out. A brief sample of stories that have come out of Wikileaks include,

American Whistleblower Arrested For Telling The Truth About Wanton Murders In Iraq [ 8 June 2010 ]
QUOTE
A US soldier serving in Iraq has been arrested for allegedly leaking a classified combat video to a whistleblower website, Wikileaks, last year. The video footage from a helicopter cockpit shows a deadly 2007 aerial strike in the Iraqi capital that killed 12 civilians including two journalists from the Reuters news agency. US Army Specialist Bradley Manning, 22, was arrested last month after he reportedly bragged online about having leaked the information, including the video and US diplomatic cables............ Manning's alleged action of supplying classified video and diplomatic communications to Wikileaks was first reported by Wired.com, the website of technology magazine Wired.

Afghan War Diary, 2004 - 2010 [ 26 July 2010 ]
QUOTE
25th July 2010 5:00 PM EST WikiLeaks has released a document set called the Afghan War Diary, an extraordinary compendium of over 91,000 reports covering the war in Afghanistan from 2004 to 2010. The reports, while written by soldiers and intelligence officers, and mainly describing lethal military actions involving the United States military, also include intelligence information, reports of meetings with political figures, and related detail. The document collection is available on a dedicated webpage

The reports cover most units from the US Army with the exception of most US Special Forces' activities. The reports do not generally cover top secret operations or European and other ISAF Forces operations.

This is going to cause massive sense of humour failure in the American high command and political circles. But Wikileaks have cleverly put the source into a strange format so that we cannot read it. An update on this one when, if it becomes accessible.

Wikileaks Founder Julian Assange Is Being Fitted Up Or Not As The Case May Be [ 21 August 2010 ]
QUOTE
Swedish authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Wikileaks founder Julian Assange on suspicion of molestation and rape. The warrant was issued late yesterday, said a spokeswoman at Sweden's prosecutors' office in Stockholm. She said Assange should contact the Swedish police for questioning about the accusations of molestation and rape in two separate cases "so that he can be confronted with the suspicions". Assange has denied the charges, which were first reported by the Swedish tabloid Expressen, on Wikileaks' Twitter account. He implied that they were linked to the release by the whistleblowers' website of a huge cache of US military records on the Afghan war, which were published in collaboration with the Guardian and two other newspapers......

Last month Wikileaks released around 77,000 secret US military documents on the war in Afghanistan. US authorities criticized the leak, saying it could put the lives of NATO troops and Afghan informants at risk.

He has annoyed the American army big time. Exposing their evil was never going please them. Remember that they carried out the Fort Marcy Massacre, Ruby Ridge Massacre and The Waco Massacre. That is they murdered their own. The FBI did the cover ups too. Setting him up is not a big problem for them. Julian is an odd name for an Australian. It does not prove that he is a homosexual with no interest in women but it is suggestive. NB that the Swedish government has no interest in rape when it is carried out by ethnic thugs in Malmö. Politics are more important than justice as the Lockerbie Job showed.

Assange Case: Evidence Destroyed Over and Over Again
Sensational news: extraordinary Internet detective work by Göran Rudling. From 30 September 2010.
[UPDATE: Anna Ardin did in fact make the whole story up as part of her 'seven step plan for revenge'. See here.]

One of the women who filed charges against Julian Assange is Anna Ardin. She stood in the elections to the community council for the social democrats and she is a public person who should be examined. So I'll publish her name.

Anna Ardin is Christian, feminist, social democrat, animal rights activist, and opponent of abortion on the left political scene. She's previously been in charge of equality issues for the student union of Uppsala University - a job she won an award for. Today she works for the Brotherhood Movement and 'burns for peace and justice... for a just, open society of solidarity'. On her own blog she describes herself:

WikiLeaks Encryption Key File Leaked Online [ 31 August 2011 ]
QUOTE
The secret sources of the WikiLeaks files were accidentally exposed over the internet as a result of a dispute between confidantes of the website’s founder Julian Assange and others formerly associated with the organization, according to a report in the German press Monday. WikiLeaks denied these reports in a message on its Twitter feed Monday night.

Last year, WikiLeaks publicized 251,000 secret U.S. diplomatic cables sent from all over the world to the U.S. State Department. The cables included embarrassing details concerning U.S. foreign policy, assessments of U.S. officials and others of the political situation in those states.

In order to protect its secret agents, thousands of names were removed from the documents that were publicized by news organizations that worked in coordination with WikiLeaks.

The original documents with the secret names were guarded carefully in the organization’s computer, but at the end of 2010, Assange announced that he was preparing a ‘Judgment Day Document’ that would be published in the event that he would be assassinated or kidnapped.

Assange uploaded the encrypted file to his website and millions of web surfers downloaded it to their private computers and saved it. A second file with the encryption key to unlock the first file remained in the WikiLeaks computers, with detailed instructions of the conditions under which it is to be made available.

It was revealed that eight months ago, a group of Assange’s supporters accidentally uploaded the encryption key file to the internet. The file was uploaded among others when this group suspected that the former WikiLeaks spokesperson in Germany, Daniel Domscheit-Berg, planned to delete or sabotage the files.

Apparently, Assange’s supporters did not intend to upload the encryption key and did not even know that it was located in the folder that they uploaded. The security failure was publicized by the group ‘OpenLeaks’, a rival group to WikiLeaks which was founded by Domscheit-Berg.

A bitter feud has erupted over the past few months, with the two sides accusing each other of not properly protecting secret information that is leaked to them. This newest revelation is intended to demonstrate that despite Assange’s declared intentions to disseminate information while protecting his sources, he actually puts them at risk.

Those who have seen the original documents with the original names intact say that they contain the names of intelligence officials and sources from many places in the world, including Arab countries and even Israel.

Their impending publication is likely to embarrass many, including political, military, government and intelligence figures who felt comfortable expressing themselves and share sensitive information with U.S. diplomats on the assumption that they would not be published.

Wikileaks Publishes Unredacted Cables
QUOTE
WikiLeaks publishes full cache of unredacted cables
Former media partners condemn WikiLeaks' decision to make public documents identifying activists and whistleblowers

WikiLeaks has published its full archive of 251,000 secret US diplomatic cables, without redactions, potentially exposing thousands of individuals named in the documents to detention, harm or putting their lives in danger. The move has been strongly condemned by the five previous media partners – the Guardian, New York Times, El Pais, Der Spiegel and Le Monde – who have worked with WikiLeaks publishing carefully selected and redacted documents.............

"Our previous dealings with WikiLeaks were on the clear basis that we would only publish cables which had been subjected to a thorough joint editing and clearance process. We will continue to defend our previous collaborative publishing endeavour. We cannot defend the needless publication of the complete data – indeed, we are united in condemning it.

"The decision to publish by Julian Assange was his, and his alone." Diplomats, governments, human rights charities and media organisations had urged WikiLeaks's founder, Assange, not to publish the full cache of cables without careful source protection. The newly published archive contains more than 1,000 cables identifying individual activists; several thousand labelled with a tag used by the US to mark sources it believes could be placed in danger; and more than 150 specifically mentioning whistleblowers............

Domscheit-Berg, often referred to as Assange's former deputy at WikiLeaks, condemned the password reuse. "The file was never supposed to be shared with anyone at all," he said. "To get a copy you would usually make a new copy with a new password. He [Assange] was too lazy to create something new."

The Guardian does not quite say it paid Wikileaks but it is possible, even likely. Government crooks will be delighted that Assange has blown his credibility by betraying his sources.
